Terms of service
1. Scope of Work: Square Angle specializes in home interior design and construction services. This includes designing and building wardrobes, kitchens, luxury beds, desks, and installing wallpapers. All services are provided based on the specifications and requirements agreed upon with the client.
2. Design and Specifications: Square Angle will work closely with the client to develop design concepts and plans for the project. The client will have the chance to review and approve all designs before the work starts.
3. Pricing and Payment: The pricing for Square Angle’s services will be outlined in the project proposal given to the client. Any changes or additions to the work may result in adjustments to the pricing. Payment terms will be agreed upon between Square Angle and the client.
4. Project Timeline: Project Timeline:Square Angle will provide an estimated timeline for completing the project. However, unexpected events like weather delays or material shortages may affect the timeline. Square Angle will keep the client informed about any delays and work to minimize disruptions to the project schedule.
5.Materials and Quality:Square Angle uses high-quality materials and craftsmanship in all projects. If there are any defects or issues with materials or workmanship, Square Angle will address them promptly at no extra cost to the client.
6. Changes and Amendments:Any modifications or updates to the project’s scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any additional expenses resulting from changes or amendments will be detailed in writing and approved by the client before work begins.
7. Warranty:Square Angle offers a warranty on all craftsmanship and materials used in the project. The warranty period and terms will be outlined in the project proposal.
8.Termination:Either party can end the agreement by giving written notice if the other side doesn’t follow the terms. Square Angle has the right to terminate the agreement if the client doesn’t make payments on time.
9.Dispute Resolution:Any disputes related to the agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, following the laws where the project is located.
